writer (family history, short stories, poetry, articles, etc.) or know

and settlers of Minnesota. John has a degree in biology and outdoor education and is a member of the Northland Storytelling Network.

Be sure to pick up your brochure during the week of the
Centennial — listing 100 interesting books, as developed by
the Aurora Public Library. Adult and childrens versions will
be available.

Aurora centennial short story contest Submit entries by June 13, 2003
Story must be set some time in Aurora’s past, between 2 and 10
pages long. Prizes awarded in the following categories: Kindergarten
– 3rd Grade; 4th-6th Grades; Junior High; High School; Adult. Call
