cancellation should affix stamps
to any envelope or postcard of their
choice, address the envelope
or post card, to themselves or others,
insert a card of postcard
hickness in envelopes for sturdiness, and
tuck in the flap.
Appear in person or place the stamped
envelope or postcard
in a larger envelope and mail the item to:
